Are you ready to take the first step in an exciting logistics career? Our client, a thriving and expanding business, is looking to add a new member to their Head Office logistics team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support for a busy fleet of vehicles.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the logistics function by maintaining accurate records and working to tight deadlines—so a sharp eye for detail and a love for organisation is a must!
Key Responsibilities
1. Keeping detailed records of digital tachograph information
2. Maintaining servicing and repair records
3. Liaising with authorised repairers around the UK
4. Compiling company car mileage information on a monthly basis
5. Updating tracking, fuel and fleet management systems
6. Supporting senior management with associated administrative tasks
7. Recording and inputting invoices relating to payment of service and repair work
What We're Looking For:
You will already have gained administrative experience in a fast-paced commercial environment where you will have enjoyed working with numbers and producing reports. Strong IT skills and an interest in data analysis will be of distinct benefit.
On Offer:
A full-time permanent position working hybrid Monday to Friday in a successful and established team with real scope for progression into other areas of the business. Salary and bonuses payable based on company profits.
