About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
* HR Support
* Forge strong relationships with stakeholders while prioritizing our business and people.
* Manage, review, and update all HR policies in compliance with current legislation.
* Act with integrity, ensuring the management team aligns with our company policies and procedures.
* Oversee key HR metrics and provide insightful reports to senior management.
* Prioritise Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy, and offer guidance for strategic HR projects.
* Resolve payroll and benefits issues, conduct employee exit interviews, and manage employee transitions.
* Learning & Development
* Stay informed about the strengths and development needs of our professionals.
* Conduct coaching sessions to enhance the effectiveness of our people processes.
* Recruitment & Onboarding
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and support the integration of new hires.
* Advocate for the use of our employee recognition programs.
* Respond to engagement survey findings, taking proactive measures to drive improvement.
* Performance Management
* Support the HR manager with capability investigations and performance management processes.
* Interface with line managers and career advisors to review employee relations and performance management issues.
* Benefits/Compensation
* Lead the renewal process with our benefits providers.
* Assist with pay and bonus communications
Qualifications :
* CIPD Level 5 Qualified or currently studying towards gaining their qualification.
* Prior experience in a HR role, preferably as a business partner or advisor.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Abundant analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral skills.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented.
* Excellent influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
* Can work independently and in a team environment, with a continuous learning mindset.
* Able to manage conflicting priorities and handle sensitive situations confidently.
* Experience using Workday is desirable.
