Do you have accounts experience, ideally within the Insurance sector?
We are recruiting for an International Insurance business who are looking for a proven Accounts Assistant that will ideally have experience of IBA accounts, within the Insurance sector.
This permanent role will be hybrid-working, within their impressive office in London City, working 2/3 days in the office per week.
The role:
The salary for this role will be £35,000, plus bonus, excellent benefits, career progression and training.
Working as part of an established team, you will be dealing with IBA accounts specifically, providing accounts administrative support for various business units. Working to planned objectives to ensure you deliver an accurate and efficient service to these business units whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include cash matching, reviewing and authorising bureau delinked transactions, and processing entries onto the group IBA systems.
You will also be reconciling accounts with external high-level clients and insurance markets, resolving any settlement queries swiftly and accurately. With a focus on being up to date on regulations within the insurance sector, you will need to have a proactive approach to working and learning as the role and the business evolves.
The person:
Accounts administration experience, ideally within the Insurance or Credit Control sectors, with a passion for numbers and supporting businesses. You should be comfortable dealing with people at all levels and be a real team player!
Ideally, you will have accountancy qualifications, but this is not essential.
