We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
* Seek out appropriate contacts in organizations
* Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
* Conduct research to identify new clientele
* Arrange business meetings, and pitching to prospective clients
* Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Strategy implementation, and process development, within the existing client mix
* Curation of strategy documents and planning - more project based upon need
Requirements and Skills:
* Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
* Proven sales track record
* Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
* Experience in customer support is a plus
* Market knowledge - fashion and lifestyle preferred
* Communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport
* Time management and planning skills
