HCL, a leading catering provider in the education sector, is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with line managers and the wider HR team to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence).
* Support line managers with HR advice and guidance on best practices.
* Lead change management and TUPE transfer processes.
* Coach and train managers on HR topics.
* Partner with teams on projects related to HR strategy and policies.
What You Need:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Passion for creating an inclusive, high-performance culture.
