Service Delivery Manager required by market leading solutions provider. Your role will be to oversee the performance of the organisation's SaaS solutions and the consequent service delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will have a good technical understanding of software, good analytical skills and be a strong communicator with the ability to ensure continuous service improvements. You will have a proven track record in negotiating and defining KPI's with external customers, and ensuring that these KPI's are met or exceeded. You will be able to point to strong examples of managing and improving service delivery processes. You will have a strong understanding of the ITIL framework. Experience within Energy / Utilities would be a strong advantage.
