In this dynamic role, youwill lead a team responsible for responding to public enquiries, coordinating highwaymaintenance requests, and supporting the Councillor Casework system. You will also driveservice improvements, develop policies, and manage the Highway Claims Process, ensuringthe council meets its legal responsibilities while delivering excellent service. We are lookingfor a strong leader with experience in highways operations, claims management, and customerservice. Y ou should have technical expertise in highways, strong communication skills, andthe ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
