Please include a cover letter with your application Your Tasks Lead civil engineering projects within allocated timeframes and budget, ensuring compliance with UK legislation. Oversee equipment installation and manage contractors. Develop technical specifications to Tender projects in collaboration with Procurement team. Collaborate with engineering departments to enhance plant efficiency. Maintain workplace standards and manage external service providers. Monitor safety regulations, advise on operational changes, and coordinate maintenance schedules. Ensure DWG are up to date and correct, including by liaising with CAD operator(s) if required. Our Requirements ONC, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent in engineering or civil engineering. Supervisory and Management qualifications with significant practical experience essential. Experience of leading and delivering high value civil engineering projects. Knowledge of Site Health and Safety Rules with a CIEH Supervising Health and Safety certificate. An SMSTS or CSCS qualification is desirable. Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to use AutoCAD is advantageous but not essential. Good written and verbal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are important. Basic knowledge of relevant SAP module preferred.
