Position: Senior Vehicle Panel Beater
Location: Redhill, United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality vehicle panel repairs, including straightening, welding, and finishing, to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
* Assess damage and develop repair plans in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
* Utilize advanced tools and equipment to effectively repair various types of damage, such as dents, scratches, and structural issues.
* Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service to customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* Extensive knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in vehicle body repair (e.g., NVQ, ATA) are desirable.
