Your new company Stand-alone Education Trust based in Swindon Your new role Interim Finance Manager with line management responsibilities for one member of staff and reporting to the CFO What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be someone who has a real hands-on approach to finance and is not afraid to get involved from the ground up. This role is a real opportunity for someone to learn and develop their skills within the education sector working with highly tenured and experienced team members with proven success should have relevant accounting qualifications or experience in-line with the responsibilities and duties of this role do not necessarily have to have previous education sector experience, but if moving from a commercial background then candidates will need to justify the drive and motivation behind wanting to make the move. General duties will include: Preparation of Monthly Accounts Financial Reporting to CFO, SLT & Trustees Budget Analysis Overview of Financial Systems & Payroll Policy & Procedures Review What you'll get in return The client will consider candidates with sector experience but is currently working at a lower level as general finance support is required and the pay will be inline with duties able to be undertaken in the post and to be discussed upon application.
