We are currently recruiting for a Reward Consultant to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your role As a reward consultant, you will identify, assess, and consider creative solutions to all things related to reward, both independently and with the support of the reward team. Within HR, the reward team designs solutions for annual and bi-annual pay review processes, benchmarking, the short-term incentive plan (STIP), the long-term incentive plan (LTIP), other incentive schemes, and projects and priorities as allocated by CPOLT and ET. The team also supports HR and the business in broader programmes with a people or financial element, and this role may get involved in a wide range of activities relating to this. You will have a keen interest in getting involved in reward projects with an approach to work alongside the reward business partners and the head of reward and support them with the insights and data required for the design of efficient reward solutions for RSA. Your role holder will also assist with job evaluations, job mapping, and benchmarking analysis as required. About you You will be an experienced reward analyst or consultant or someone who is interpretative with a good attention to detail, with a focus on compensation and reward analytics such as equal pay, pay modelling, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking. Experience of working with data (ideally people data), management systems & processes with the ability to interrogate as needed and present it in an efficient and succinct manner (e.g., advanced excel skills are essential in this role). Experience of using job evaluation using the well-known methodologies such as WTW and/or Hay would be an advantage. Methodical and able to work to deadlines ensuring that work is accurate, and quality checked with the ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.
