We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our central federated team who can provide cohesive, efficient and effective HR support, advice and guidance across the full range of HR activities. The role requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to blend warmth and support for colleagues at all stages in their employee journey alongside delivering a high quality, business focussed HR service which enables the Federation to meet its core HR responsibilities and strategic HR objectives. The Federation consists of three educational SEN settings; Cherry Oak School is a Primary Special School for pupils with cognition and communication difficulties who have a diverse range of specialist learning needs. Victoria School caters for pupils aged from 2 – 19 years. All of our pupils have a physical disability and a variety of learning difficulties, sensory impairments and complex medical needs. Victoria College is a 19-25 provision for students with significant complex needs including a combination of physical, sensory, learning and medical difficulties. As this is a federated post applicant should be aware that some travel between sites is necessary; own transport is preferable but not essential.
