Contract Management Administrator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Wakefield WF3 2EE
Hybrid Working: After training, 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
Join our team in Wakefield as a Contract Management Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after initial training. Free on-site parking is available, and having a car is recommended for your commute.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and update customer contracts and related information in our in-house database.
* Verify and process contract amendments, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
* Maintain customer accounts within the SAP system while adhering to GDPR guidelines.
* Review contractual documents for errors or omissions, making corrections as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information for incomplete records.
* Keep the document management system organized and current.
* Address customer and internal inquiries regarding contracts in a timely manner.
* Maintain and manage special pricing agreements, ensuring precision and regular updates.
* Explain contract terms and conditions to customers and stakeholders as required.
* Prepare early settlement quotes and handle cancellation requests accurately.
* Coordinate with finance companies to process cancellations and arrange collections.
* Review and approve settlement invoices, verifying transaction accuracy.
* Partner with account managers to secure approvals for customer termination requests.
* Identify and document reasons for contract terminations to support reporting efforts.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an office-based administrative role.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in data entry and data management.
* Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Willingness and capability to learn new systems and adapt to changing needs.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to take initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
