Looking good, working great: we're proud of our rapidly growing network of stores and distribution centres - and keeping them all in perfect condition is an ongoing challenge for our Facilities team. As Facilities Secretary, you'll play a vital role in meeting that challenge.
Expect strict deadlines and real variety from a workload that keeps you on your toes. You'll need to multi-task meticulously to oversee repair jobs, keep Head Office up to speed and make sure meetings are managed efficiently. Demonstrating your administrative know-how and confidence communicating with other offices and external consultants, you'll make sure every project is executed seamlessly.
What you'll do
1. Organise, manage and monitor repair orders
2. Prepare reports, executive summaries and other paperwork
3. Liaise with people inside and outside the business to plan maintenance tasks
4. Manage diaries, events, meetings and agendas
5. Help your team and provide admin support
6. Handle telephone calls, emails and post
What you'll need
7. Proven secretarial/admin experience, ideally in the property sector
8. Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
9. Excellent written and spoken English
10. Fast and flawless typing skills
11. Great numeracy and a real eye for detail
12. Outstanding organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
