Key Responsibilities: Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support both yearend close and Year ahead forecast. Organise financial operations of the business, including cash flow management, ensuring financial controls are robust, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives & DNA. Maintaining adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. To lead & mentor and develop the finance team. Work closely with the senior leadership team, providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive performance. Oversee company expenditures, review cost-control measures, and optimise financial planning. Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and operational efficiency to enhance the company's financial performance. Qualifications and Experience Required: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA is essential. Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a similar family-run or SME business environment. To be able to provide clear demonstration of being able to lead a team. Advanced user of Excel. Must be technically astute using systems and portals. Able to confidentially relay complex financial information in a clear, accessible manner.
