Day to day responsibilities:
1. Support the coordination of construction and cable resource deployment.
2. Assist with scheduling and allocating teams of engineers and operatives.
3. Maintain communication with clients, ensuring regular updates on project progress.
4. Work alongside the Health and safety Advisor, ensuring H&S procedures are maintained.
5. Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Field Operation Managers to ensure smooth project operations.
6. Ensure the company's fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained, compliant and fit for purpose.
7. Handle the ordering and supply of materials, ensuring that project teams have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
Skillset required for the role:
1. Strong organisational and time management skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and updating client systems with attention to detail.
4. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
5. Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to handling the dynamic demands of project environments.
7. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative when required.
