About the role:
Are you a passionate EYFS Teacher ready to make a positive impact in young lives? We are excited to welcome a committed, creative educator to join our vibrant Enfield school. As our EYFS Teacher, you will lead a class of young learners in their earliest stages of education, guiding them through play-based learning that inspires curiosity and a love for discovery. You’ll have the support of a dedicated teaching assistant and will collaborate closely with an experienced EYFS team, who share your commitment to enriching children’s lives.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with a specialism in Early Years.
• Experience in EYFS and a clear understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A creative approach to lesson planning, aiming to build both academic and social skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with children, staff, and parents.
• A nurturing attitude with a genuine passion for working with young children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and encouraged to express themselves.
• Develop and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children in their social and emotional growth, encouraging positive relationships and self-confidence.
• Work with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child’s progress.
• Collaborate with the EYFS team to share resources and best practices, ensuring a consistent approach to early learning.
