We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Administrator at Advance. Advance is a specialist supported housing association that is on an exciting journey to deliver more services and develop more housing for people with learning difficulties, disabilities and supporting people towards greater independent living.
The Home Ownership Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the home ownership and development departments.
The role of a Home Ownership Administrator will include:
* Providing an effective and efficient administrative service to The Home Ownership team
* Assisting with all administrative aspects of the Home Ownership process
* Arranging valuations, gas and electric checks
* Updating and monitoring all enquiries received via the HomeOwnership inbox
* Preparing and sending application forms, acknowledge application forms received
* Monitoring all enquiries and maintaining the database for this
* Set up electronic files for new applications
* Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, e-mails and responding to enquiries
* Provide general administrative support including photocopying, franking outgoing post and opening incoming post
* Scanning of documents and storing them in the electronic filing system to ensure the necessary property information is retained and accessible
* Support and assist the Home Ownership Manager and Officer as required
About the candidate:
* Work effectively to deadlines
* Work accurately and maintain effective records
* Plan, organise and prioritise your work
* Manage own work and work independently
* Good numerical skills
* Good level of IT skills and in the use of Microsoft office systems
* Experience in providing general administrative support
* A good level of general education
* Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a range of people
