Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
FLSA Classification: Full-time/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist assists with the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing campaigns in the office furniture and supply industry. The Digital Marketing Specialist is adept in both visual and written communication skills, is highly organized, and is able to prioritize work effectively. The Digital Marketing Specialist exemplifies the company's core values through every interaction and transaction.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
1. Social Media Management:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, text) tailored to each platform’s audience.
3. Schedule and publish posts regularly, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and marketing calendar.
4. Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage interactions to build a strong online community.
5. Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our strategies current and competitive.
7. Assist in the development of paid social media campaigns as needed.
2. Email Marketing:
1. Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events, and content.
2. Develop segmented email lists and personalized content to target specific customer groups and drive engagement.
3. Test, track, and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize results.
3. Support website updates with content and graphics; add products to our website.
4. Create and repurpose content that aligns with campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
5. Prepare reports to communicate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
6. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to identify new marketing opportunities and creative content ideas.
7. Assist with graphic design projects as needed.
8. Maintain consistent brand standards across all platforms.
9. Manage multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.
10. Develop strong industry knowledge and knowledge of our partners’ solutions and services. Leverage partner content, graphics, research, co-branding tools and other tools available.
11. Support the creation and on-time completion of effective RFP proposals, presentations, mockup booklets, and other customer-driven projects.
12. Support project profile and customer testimonials from photography coordination to researching and writing the project stories that will be used across multiple platforms, including bids, website, social media, and campaigns.
Accountabilities:
Contribute to the overall success of the Company by performing all assigned duties in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. Follow all Company safety policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook, Corporate Safety Manual, and any local regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Specialist does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualification Standards:
1. BS/BA degree.
2. One to three years of related marketing and/or communications experience.
3. Experience in the commercial furniture, architecture, or design industry is a plus.
4. Advanced PC Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Graphic design experience preferred.
6. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
7. Must have at the time of hire, and maintain throughout employment, a valid Non CDL-C drivers’ license, free of major infractions and acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Equipment, Machines and Software Used: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite.
Mental and Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, grasp, talk, and hear.
2. Ability to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
Environmental Conditions: The Digital Marketing Specialist is subject to inside environmental conditions.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane.
Pay Range: $48,000 - $52,000 per year
