Job Title: Project Manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (flexibility available)
Location: Solihull
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Benefits: 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, Pension, free parking
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our client, a thriving family run business based near Solihull. The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a passion for providing the highest level of customer care, providing planning, communication and delivery to their customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and flourishing team in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Duties include:
1. Convey information, set expectations, and provide updates to team members, suppliers, and customers.
2. Prioritise tasks and organise schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
3. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimise their impact throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Resolve project challenges swiftly and effectively.
5. Negotiate resources, timelines, and project scope with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
6. Be flexible and responsive in adjusting plans and strategies to meet evolving project needs or unexpected challenges.
7. Competently manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables with precision and efficiency.
8. Proficiently use project management tools and software to streamline processes and track progress.
9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
10. Assist with various business initiatives, including marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Skills and experience required:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Previous experience in Project Management.
4. Excellent organisation skills.
5. A high degree of self-management and initiative.
6. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Excellent time management, with the ability to work to deadlines.
9. The ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner.
10. Possess a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
