Job Description
* Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports.
* Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
* Prepare payments by accruing expenses and assigning account numbers.
* Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation.
* Report account transactions by entering account information.
* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Previous experience working in either Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar Accounts Assistant role
* A strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
