You will lead the planning team with the planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities associated with a number of key Data Centre projects across Ireland, UK & Europe. You will regularly review the programme and planning management function in the preconstruction and construction phases.

You will lead the planning team with the planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities associated with a number of key Data Centre projects across Ireland, UK & Europe. You will regularly review the programme and planning management function in the preconstruction and construction phases.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in driving the implementation of strategic initiatives, focusing on communication, training, partnerships, and data analytics across project portfolios.
* Oversee DCH product logistics and acquisition of long-lead-time materials.
* Schedule and facilitate regular meetings and training with site execution teams.
* Create visual storyboards detailing various phases and configurations of DCH fit-outs (e.g. ML rack deployment).
* Develop and refine burn-in workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with ML rack deployment schedules.
* Track installation sequences and key risks, offering on-site support during critical milestones.
* To support the project directors & director in charge in the assessment of the programme risk at prequalification stage.
* To review the development of the baseline contract programme, covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
* To oversee the preparation of a construction (target) programme highlighting areas of improvement against the contract programme.
* To support the director in charge in business improvement measures with planning and project controls.
* To report back to the Regional Director/s on the current programme position on all projects on a weekly / monthly basis. To regular review programmes, outputs and phasing with the Regional Directors
* To validate the tender event programme for the procurement of subcontractors incorporating design release and lead in activities is correct and achievable.
* To co-ordinate the development of 4D graphical models for the business, where required or 2D phasing plans.
* To oversee construction methodology to effectively demonstrate the construction techniques and
* sequencing in order to successfully deliver projects.
* To review all project prelim books including, but not limited to, staff resource, logistics and
* temporary works requirements.
* To engage with the supply chain to review the project programme with regards to design, lead in’s, construction periods, plant & labour requirements.
* To review risk and opportunities for every programme produced and highlight potential
* mitigation measures in the programme. Including float and time risk allowances.
Additional Responsibilities
Developing and delivering client presentations for MEP system-related aspects of projects.
Providing insights into industry trends and innovations, with a focus on energy efficiency and advanced building services technologies.
Ensuring smooth integration of MEP systems into the overall project lifecycle, collaborating closely with the design and construction teams.
In Country Requirements
On-Site Requirement: Candidates are required to be on-site full-time; however, they are not expected to reside in the country full-time.
Rotation Cycle: The project operates on a 10-4 rotation cycle over a two-week period. Alternatively, a 5-2 workweek rotation may be considered if the candidate can be on-site by 12:00 on Monday and remain until 15:00 on Friday.
Travel Allowance: A monthly flight allowance is provided.
Accommodation: Suitable accommodation located within 45 minutes of the site will be arranged and covered by the company.
