Our client is a globally recognised service provider and is now seeking a manager to join its corporate team to manage and develop a team of administrators, ensuring the provision of a professional and first-class service to clients.
The ideal candidate should have a table 4 qualification such as STEP or ICSA Diploma, at least 8 years' experience in a similar role with 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, a comprehensive knowledge & understanding of the local finance industry, including understanding of financial statements, legislation & regulatory environment. You will also have people management theory and practical experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients (including complex and crown jewel clients).
2. Act as a group B Authorised Signatory.
3. Travel to meet with own and team clients.
4. Liaise with team clients and delegate tasks.
5. Review financial statements for team clients.
6. Liaise with all intermediaries, advisors, and the JFSC in respect of team clients.
7. Manage team members, monitor performance, and manage workflows.
8. Analyse WIP for own and team clients.
9. Oversee billing and debtors.
10. Conduct checklists and periodic reviews, including reviewing those undertaken by direct reports.
