Are you ready to drive sales operations and value creation within the EMEA region for Abbott Point of Care (APOC)? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Commercial Excellence to join our leadership team and make a significant impact on our business.
About the Role:
As a Senior Manager Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Heads in achieving target P&L, managing all elements of the profit and loss statement, and providing decision support for financial decisions impacting the business. This role offers the opportunity to gain regional experience, work closely with business leaders, and strengthen commercial excellence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead EMEA Planning:Collaborate with countries to generate new ideas for growth and value creation.
* Strategic Initiatives:Act as a point of contact for strategic initiatives, providing advice, leadership, and support.
* Business Strategy:Serve as a strategic think tank for the area GM on key business issues.
* Commercial Success:Deploy strategies, processes, and systems to support commercial success, including sales force targeting, incentive compensation, and promotional resource optimization.
* Team Leadership:Lead, develop, and motivate a small team.
Activities Include:
* Plan Scenarios:Drive discussions around plan scenarios, analyze market share trends, and optimize structure expense.
* Productivity and Margin Improvement:Support and coordinate productivity and margin-related initiatives, monitor progress, and assist with implementation.
* Integrated Business Planning (IBP):Support IBP processes, assist with data analysis, and ensure compliance with division requirements.
* Sales Force Effectiveness:Analyze sales information, determine key KPIs, and generate reports to track sales rep performance.
* Processes and Automation:Drive commercial processes, monitor sales reports, and implement models for improvement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
* Bachelor's degree in finance or business.
* Hands-on self-starter with business experience in similar roles.
* Experience in driving business performance management processes.
* Proficiency in Excel and Data Analytics.
* Team-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
* Results-driven with strong communication and influencing skills.
* Excellent English language skills; another language is a plus.
