JN Bentley are recruiting for a well organised Operations Administrator to work on our Northumbrian Water Framework. We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who is willing to get involved in all different kinds of projects. Do you want to: Arrange social events and attendance at other formal events Oversee daily operations of the office, including liaising with the client team, to create a positive and engaging atmosphere Have flexibility to work from home Main Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with HR, recruitment, IT, client and others to assist with arranging for new starters in the team Assist with updating training registers and co-ordinating new training requirements Assist with IT set-up for new projects Manage and update charts, personnel photos, and contact information for the teams Respond appropriately to office issues as they arise Co-ordinate and assist with award submissions Support a culture of Continuous Improvement Candidate Specification: The ideal candidate will have the strong interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively and credibly with clients at all levels of the organisation. Able to work well under pressure and with the proven ability to manage own workload, you will be able to work effectively as part of a larger team, in a multi-site environment.
