- London We are searching for a super Sales Manager to join an expanding 5 housebuilder on a temporary basis due to a busy, busy period With a chance for this to grow into a permanent role for someone exceptional You will be a people motivator and able to generate results from internal teams and external agents.
Sites will be across the south east.

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
You will report to head office for 2 days a week and spilt your time across site visits and home workng.
To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced Sales Manager who has a background and demonstrable history in this role for a housebuilder or new homes agent.
responsibilities include: Oversee and optimize processes and workflows for the sales team Collaborate closely with the sales coordinators and sales progression team to drive results.
Ensuring smooth operation in your schemes sales cycles.
Take responsibility for managing and monitoring sites, with site visits as required Work closely with external agents instructed to manage property sales and ensure targets are met.
key requirements: New homes sales experience at management level with minimum 1 year at this level Currently working for a housebuilder or new homes agency Knowledge of the new homes property market Sold high-volume schemes Experience managing oagents Report writing skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Team player Positive and pro-active Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team Please note that due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates may be contacted.
