Lead and support the nursing and AHP workforce, ensuring professional development, engagement, and well-being. Oversee clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives, embedding best practices in patient safety and experience. Ensure the effective management of resources and teams within budget constraints. Act as a visible role model, fostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and collaboration. Provide professional advice across the Directorate and contribute to Trust-wide initiatives as part of the Chief Nurse's Senior Nursing Team.
