The primary responsibility is the installation of fire alarm systems, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and functioning as per the specifications.
Duties
* Install fire alarm systems, including control panels, detectors, and alarm devices.
* Ensure all installations comply with current fire safety regulations and standards.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans for installation.
* Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Perform initial testing and checks to ensure the system works properly after installation.
* Provide support and assistance to other team members on-site when required.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Proven experience in installing fire alarm systems (essential)
2. Good understanding of fire alarm regulations and standards (e.g., BS 5839)
3. In-depth knowledge of fire alarm system components and installation procedures
