- Team of 5 South West, West Midlands, South Central, South Wales You must have experience within orthopaedic sales The Role: Managing a team of 5 sales people with a view to developing and growing the team.
To be fully responsible for the achievement of the sales targets across the South West region.
To establish strong relationships within allocated and identified accounts maintaining and developing key opinion leaders.
Attendance at local, national (and occasionally international) courses and congress.
Your Experience: Experience of selling within the orthopaedic industry, with a demonstrable sales track record.
Ideally you will have previous experience of managing a sales team.
Candidates with Senior TM experience will also be considered if this experience has been gained within orthopaedics.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets with a focus on return on investment.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of the NHS environment and private sector.
Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills to individuals and groups.
A positive, enthusiastic, results driven and self-motivated individual.
