Finance Assistant
Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and timely.
Communicating with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies.
Maintaining accounts payable files and records.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
Working collaboratively within the accounting and finance team.
Adhering to company policies and financial regulations.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
