About the role
The employer for this position is the guardian of an autistic young man who lives in his own home, with a team of staff providing 24/7 support. He enjoys a stimulating and active life and relationships with people are important to him.
The young man is looking for someone confident and relaxed with a good sense of humour who shares his interests in computer games, walking, eating out and trying new things.
