We are seeking someone with experience of working within an HR/OD environment, and dealing with customers in professional, polite and respectful manner, to join our People Consultancy Service.
Working alongside People Consultants, your ability to adopt a solution-focused and collaborative approach will be key when working with employees, managers and colleagues, in developing strong relationships across business areas.
Your detailed knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and understanding of the impact of employment legislation, will enable you to provide operational advice on a range of people related issues including terms and conditions of employment, discipline, grievance, attendance management, performance management, pay and grading, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
You will be an integral member of the team working to provide an excellent service to employees, managers and customers.
