AYG Care is seeking a highly skilled Field Care Supervisor for our esteemed client, a well-regarded domiciliary care provider known for delivering exceptional care within the community. The role involves ensuring clients receive outstanding support and maintaining their comfort and safety in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and guide care assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
2. Conduct thorough client assessments and develop customized care plans.
3. Ensure care is delivered safely and effectively, aligned with client preferences and dignity.
4. Monitor and enhance service quality, implementing improvements where needed.
5. Oversee medication administration and provide training and support to care assistants.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in social care domiciliary setting.
2. Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding, and confidentiality practices.
3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, particularly in urgent situations.
5. Compassionate, proactive, and professional attitude.
Additional Requirements:
1. Enhanced DBS clearance.
2. Flexibility with working hours.
Desirable:
1. Experience in a supervisory role within social care.
2. Background in risk assessment and person-centred care planning.
3. Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above.
