Your new role
As Audit Senior/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for taking an active role in all areas of an audit from planning through to completion. Your day-to-day duties will include leading and managing audits, coaching juniors, and reviewing their audit work while providing valuable insights to clients. You will receive continuous support throughout your role, reporting to senior managers regarding your progress and audit work.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous extensive experience working in an audit team within a practice, carrying out high-quality audit work. Experience in all three aspects of an audit and exposure to coaching junior/senior members will be crucial for success in this role. The organisation is looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to help build strong client relationships, as well as good analytical review skills.
