Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and processes that align with business objectives and industry best practices. Skills & Experience Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within utilities, engineering, or construction. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and performance. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities. Experience with civils, utilities, and/or M&E supply chains. Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field (Masters degree or CIPS certification desirable). Deep understanding of procurement best practices, regulatory compliance, and industry trends. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
