Role Overview:
As the Holiday Welcome Manager, you will oversee all aspects of customer care and team leadership, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You will be the face of our holidays, embodying our commitment to first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional on-site customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
2. Team Management: Organise and lead the warden team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Communication: Manage customer communications and booking systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
4. Liaison: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all accommodation and facilities are impeccably maintained.
5. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our holiday offerings and enhance guest engagement.
6. Sales: Proactively lead bookings and sales enquiries in order to achieve company sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in hospitality or holiday park management, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Duty Management: Assist in overseeing the smooth operation of the site during peak times, and in the absence of other duty managers.
2. Event Support: Support day-to-day cover for additional Cotswold Farm Park events as required.
3. Administrative Support: Ensure all sales teams have information and processes in place to handle Holiday bookings enquiries to a 5-star standard.
Salary Range:
