Join my client’s passionate and supportive team as a Nursery/Early Years Foundation Teaching Assistant, starting in September. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with nursery and reception children aged 2 to 4 years, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. Your efforts will help shape young minds and create a positive impact in their formative years.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Catholic values and ethos
* Delivering high-standard care and education as per the EYFS Statutory Framework
* Participating in activities tailored to meet children’s emotional, physical, and learning needs
* Assisting in planning, delivery, and monitoring of learning activities
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with pupils to achieve learning targets
* Implementing a behavior management program
* Collaborating with team members for a supportive work environment
About You
* Be able to do the job as described
* Kind, caring, energetic, and enthusiastic
* Ability to support a mixed age group including two, three, and four year old children
* Strong organizational skills to assist with learning environment and record keeping
* Commitment to the school’s ethos and positive attitude towards children’s development
