Job Role: Supporting the Interim Locality Lead with daily management to delivery safe and quality person-centred care through designated supernumerary hours. Will provide supervision and support to staff teams over 4 services. Flexibility required to carry out two shifts per week on the floor. An understanding of the specialist needs of the client and an understanding of issues arising within the specialist area. Development of service user independence by providing support and care that meets individual needs. Ensuring wellbeing and promoting independence of the service users. Ensuring effective service delivery by maintaining accurate financial, administration and other records as required to comply with statutory, local, and organisational policy and procedure.
