Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drive recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth for our Patient Handling products.
* Manage capital sales cycles for high value products.
* Build strategies alongside the Marketing team to increase brand awareness, selling capabilities and product performance.
* Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
* Attend sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the company’s products.
* Meet annual sales targets in addition to other key performance objectives.
What you need:
* Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable success selling Surgical or Medical capital sales equipment is desirable, although not essential.
* A track record of sales success.
* A valid UK drivers’ license.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS personnel and private medical staff.
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
* Proven ability to attain new business and perform against financial targets.
