The Production Manager has end to end responsibility for establishing and maintaining optimal equipment and process conditions to support a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation. It will be a conduit to the operational community, networking and sharing best practice, working heavily on improvement plans and supporting the continuous improvement agenda for the area acting as a link to departmental managers in new business processes and execution of vision, ambition and values and strategic goals.
