About the Role
As Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in our Barchester care home. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to assist with ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.
This includes leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You will set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.
About You
To be successful as a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will need experience helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, and having some HR experience. A strong knowledge of sales and marketing, as well as an understanding of budget management, is also required.
You should be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging environment.
Estimated Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum
Relevant Skills and Experience
* Experience working in healthcare, preferably in a care home setting
* Proven track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
* Some experience in HR, sales, and marketing
