Overview
Providing a breakfast, lunch, and dinner service for young persons. Shift patterns are between 7am and 7pm. Evenings to yourself.
What we are looking for
1. A superstar chef to join the talented team who can support the manager and chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchens.
Essentials you must have:
1. A true passion, love, and understanding of hospitality.
2. Working as a chef for at least two years.
3. A solid career path and proven track record within the industry.
4. The ability to create and deliver delicious and exciting food using the best seasonal ingredients.
As Chef de Partie, we would expect from you:
1. To constantly develop, create, and deliver innovative, beautiful, and delicious food.
2. Conduct yourself and carry out your duties in a professional manner with a positive attitude.
3. Be aware of food and labour budgets.
4. Build professional relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
5. Be compliant with food safety legislation and adhere to company policy.
6. Be a solid, reliable support for the Venue Manager.
In return
