Caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant required to join our inclusive and supportive team. The Role: ✔️ Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs ✔️ Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs ✔️ Support students with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development ✔️ Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment ✔️ Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to ensure student progress What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children, or children/adults with SEN A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to learning support Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for helping students reach their full potential ✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
