As a Customer Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing rehabilitation services for injured parties, aiding their recovery and return to work. Excellent telephone skills are essential, as you will handle inquiries from various parties.
Primary Responsibilities as a Customer Co-ordinator:
1. Serve as a point of contact for insurers, employers, solicitors, and treatment providers, offering relevant advice and assistance.
2. Process referrals, reports, data, and other case-related information in line with best practices and procedures.
3. Utilize various software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to record work and communicate with referral companies and other involved parties.
4. Raise invoices according to the file and agreed processes.
Required Skills as a Customer Co-ordinator:
1. Exceptional customer service skills.
2. Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including telephony skills.
4. Ability to build rapport and communicate with people at all levels.
5. Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability at all times.
7. Proficient IT skills, with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Experience with administrative systems and maintaining recording systems.
