Your role will involve a blend of administrative duties and direct customer engagement, ensuring excellent service and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, scanning, and handling customer inquiries. Conduct outbound calls to architects, main contractors, and subcontractors using our in-house database and Glenigan subscriptions. Accurately update customer information and track lead progress in our CRM system. Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through engaging conversations. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into opportunities. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals. Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture aligned with our company values. What Were Looking For Previous experience in sales administration, telemarketing, or a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Confidence, resilience, and persistence in engaging with various prospects. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work Comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment, working comfortably in a team and as an individual. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is an advantage. What We Offer: Starting competitive salary of £12.50 per hour with a comprehensive commission structure. Realistic addition earnings of up to £6k OTE on top of the basic wage. 20 days annual leave plus an extra 5 days for factory shutdown at Christmas. All bank holidays off and paid.
