This is an exciting opportunity to join a team as a Digital Transformation Manager that sees projects through from start to finish, tangibly seeing the positive impact that we have on the business.

What will you be doing?
1. Work across Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden through automation.
2. Improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.
3. Own and rethink back office processes for continuous review and improvement.
4. Maintain operational data to the highest standard.
5. Develop and implement the latest advances in technology to drive digitisation.
6. Support the implementation of our digital training strategy.
7. Deliver a data-driven approach to service management.
8. Capture requirements for system changes and reporting improvements.
9. Support service changes that drive efficiency through routing improvements.
10. Manipulate large datasets for service analysis.
What are we looking for?
1. Degree level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences OR Geographical Information Science.
2. Proven project management skills.
3. Two to three years experience in operational or analytical management.
4. High problem-solving ability.
5. Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills.
6. Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Desirable: Understanding of Power BI, SQL, GIS, and Appsheet.
