About the Role:
As an LSA, you’ll work closely with students of all abilities, helping them overcome barriers to learning, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. Whether you're working one-on-one or with small groups, your efforts will have a significant impact on their success.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide tailored learning support to students with diverse educational needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and create inclusive learning environments.
* Encourage students' confidence, independence, and motivation.
* Help with the planning and preparation of educational resources.
About You:
* Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting (but not essential!).
* A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for making a difference in young people’s lives.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* An understanding of how to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs is beneficial but not required.
