Main duties of the job About the role Varied and rewarding, this is a great role for anyone who loves working with the public and wants to fast-track their career. As a Donor Care Supervisor, youll supervise the Donor Carers who welcome blood donors to donation sessions. Its a key role where youll strive for excellence so every session runs like clockwork. Its all about supervising staff, overseeing session setup, and handling paperwork. You will also deal with administrative tasks to support the team. Well provide intensive training in Donor Care skills, opening doors to various roles within six months. Beyond that, well support your growth in leadership, equipping you to excel in every part of this role.
