We are seeking a Project Manager to lead within a company during an exciting period of expansion. This role is pivotal in driving organisational excellence and implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in a key area of the business.
Day to Day of the role:
1. Liaise with key stakeholders to drive the successful project planning process for the company, ensuring successful delivery from requirements to shipment.
2. Develop and own the master plan for delivery, monitoring progress and planning against key project deliverables and deadlines.
3. Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting to identify and resolve key issues, reducing bottlenecks and meeting project delivery deadlines and budgets.
4. Act as the interface for delivery with the overseas installation team, ensuring their installation requirements are met and proactively identifying longer-term improvements to the process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in project management and business operations, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project planning and execution.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues effectively.
5. Experience in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimisation.
6. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing long-term process improvements.
