About the role of Assistant Site Manager
We are working with a busy national Developer who is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new development. You will be reporting to the Site Manager on a daily basis, assisting with the daily management of a busy 250-unit site, ensuring properties are built to a high standard within budget and programme.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
1. Previous management experience within a multi-volume house building environment.
2. CSCS, 1st Aid, SMSTS certifications.
3. Timber frame experience would be desirable.
4. Prior experience working to NHBC guidelines & standards.
